FullStro is a multichannel shipping software. FullStro offers core shipping features that sellers have come to expect from their shipping software, including bulk shipping and automated shipping rules. FullStro also comes with extra ‘Power Features’, like inventory control, picking with a mobile device, and multichannel reporting. Our Power Features are designed to help sellers run a fast and accurate shipping operation as they scale - without having to deal with multiple extra paid tools.
Does FullStro work with all my stores?

Will Amazon see my off Amazon sales data?
Amazon will not have access to sellers’ product sales data for off-Amazon sales. FullStro's seller information will only be accessed by Amazon to the extent necessary to provide and improve FullStro's services or to assess and manage logistics provider performance. FullStro's seller information is secured against inappropriate loss, access, or disclosure.
Will FullStro work on my Apple Mac?
Absolutely! FullStro is a full Cloud solution that can be used on any compatible browser on any computer (PC or Mac), and mobile device.
Can I access FullStro offline?
You will need an internet connection to access FullStro.
Can I send an order over email or fax?
FullStro doesn't accept orders by phone, email, or fax. You can either enter them manually, import them automatically from your shopping cart, or upload them in a CSV file to our platform.
How can I view my order and inventory data?
Once you create your account and import your orders, you can easily access your data anytime, from any device. We offer a real-time tracking number so you can monitor and stay up-to-date with your stock levels, orders, and shipments.
How can I login to my dashboard?
The URL/Link to your dashboard is sent over by an email once you subscribe.
Does FullStro handle shipping?
FullStro is integrated with popular shipping carriers which allows users to one click create shipping orders right from our system. Our shipping partners are FedEx, DHL and USPS.
Can I reroute my shipment while in transit?
You are generally not able to reroute a shipment while in transit unless the shipping provider allows it. While some shipping carriers do allow a reroute – the carriers usually charge an additional fee and do not guarantee that a reroute will actually occur.
Where can my customer go to track their order?
You can track your order with the shipping label provided from the shipping carrier that you selected for shipping.
Why do I need an inventory management system?
An inventory management software can give you the ability to manage your stock levels and incoming supplies without any hassle. FullStro provides an inventory management system with an organized and thorough dashboard that directly summarizes low-stock, in-stock, and out-of-stock products. In this way, you can see the products that are low in stock highlighted in red on the products page. This will help you to know which inventory is running low. The system also allows you to set your own stock alert quantity.
Can I maintain accounts and financial status in the system?
Yes, our system allows you to keep up with your financial statements so you can continuously monitor your profit and loss and the capital tied up in inventory.
Does your system allow me to track inventory in multiple locations?
Yes, you can track your inventory levels at multiple locations through our inventory management software. Besides checking the system, the software also notifies you about any disruption in the supply chain so you can resolve the problem efficiently.
